We believe great partnerships are built on trust and discretion. Saif Carpets works with interior designers, architects, procurement partners and businesses where project designs, specifications and client relationships may be highly confidential.

We therefore maintain strict discretion throughout the manufacturing process. We do not publicly share project information, reproduce proprietary designs, photograph installations or identify clients and projects without prior approval. Whether producing a bespoke carpet or fulfilling a large-scale private-label requirement, our commitment is simple: your designs, your clients and your projects remain yours.

We support private-label and discreet manufacturing arrangements where required. We respect the role of our project partners and understand that the manufacturing source may be confidential. We will not contact, market to or publicly identify an end client introduced through a partner unless expressly authorised to do so.

Handmade Product Policy

Every carpet we offer is carefully handmade, making each piece unique.

Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, pile, and pattern may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the character and beauty of a handmade carpet.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the environment in which the carpet is viewed.

For custom-made carpets, production will begin after the order details are confirmed. Please ensure that the selected size, color, design, and other specifications are correct before confirming your order.
